Famous sportswomen: Flo-Jo

Her name was Florence Griffith-Joyner. In short, she was nicknamed Flo-Jo. What made her famous was holding the world record for both the 100m and 200m runs. Although she wanted to claim the world record for the 400m run, she had suffered from tendinitis in her right leg, resulting in ending her career. She used to perform other activities other than sports, including designing the basketball uniforms for the Indiana Pacers. She won a gold medal in the 4X100m relay team, and a silver medal in the 4X400m. When she was 38, she passed away of epilepsy.
